Tried using a VPN connecting to another part of North America and able to get in, albeit a bit slower w/ the response time.

This is happening to a friend of mine in Florida. Can't access game, goes to blank screen and cannot load into mogstation.

I see a lot of posts on steam for it and I included can't log in with launcher stating no connection alongside the claims of others on forums. In terms I've heard it from people in Mexico the US and Canada so I assume this is a North American server issue.

I'm in Saskatchewan, Canada and having the same issue. Really bizarre. Spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot it before I found out it's happening everyone.
Lovely way to spend my Saturday afternoon.

It's also effecting people in the US and Mexico. It's more likely Square Enix' North American servers that are having the problem. Just to note it's not just us in Canada.
