Just had this happen to me for "disruption". Not only did they not provide a date or any proof at all, even though the email is the verified email, they also skipped the "caution" and went straight to "warning". Their own website says "You will get a caution, then warning, then etc" but no, straight to warning. My account is almost a decade old with no other warnings and they CAN'T provide any proof!? If I don't know the cause then how am I to avoid it? For all I know they got the username wrong and just warned the wrong person. It feels like since money is involved, they should be required by law to inform me what it was exactly, before/during filing a claim against it.
