The only feedback I can give is please hear your players I doubt my situation is the first and it seems obvious the staff knows it will just go away with time. Funny enough this isn’t my first post about a problem being unheard which was back in 2013 about world transferring off the JP server without paying. The problem being pointed out by my current static that noticed my legacy tattoo and asking about my 1.0 experience s. They then ask if I had “X” items and told them I had two accounts and was unable to link both at the start of ARR. They suggested I fill out a ticket with some proof of the account and they should still have the data per email look up. I was given what seems to be an automated message telling me they can’t help but no reason as to why? Did they lose the data? Is my proof insufficient? Would altering my current account be too difficult?
