That LB41 is probably the only thing I'm willing to bid on at this point. The chance of winning is low, so it's unlikely that I will have give up on the Goblet design I'm working on, but if it happens then hey, that's great!

With all the other houses available, I wouldn't bet on it approaching Balmung's record of over 1000 bids for a single small house in Shirogane. Of course I'm sure it will also get its fair share of clueless and/or foolish first time bidders who will then lament the massive competition that so unjustly bid after them.

Medium poolside - one of the handful of plots that allows you to jump into water just outside your front gate.

The other plots with swimmable water immediately outside the front gate are LB 11, LB 16, LB 17, G18, & G20
