No. People don't understand the disaster it would be at higher level if people could just start shrugging off every kind of punishment once they've been made immune to stuns. This is opening a can of worms that I'm really not willing to see personally. I do believe there is other, less stringent alternatives like reducing the duration of hard stuns, increasing the duration of the purify immunity buff after a cleanse, or just reducing their presence all across the board.

I'm not sure to understand. You can already spamm recuperate until your MP are gone. Purify... well, obviously you can't, although I'd like if it still applied the stun prevention even without cleansing an actual debuff. That I could go with, especially in regards to point 1). Could even push it and bring purify to 5s cc immunity, and a 5s refresh when cleansing something?

Keeping the crippled mount debuff, or removing it? I don't feel strongly either way, but it can change quite a bit of things if the target you hit can sprint normally, or is afflicted by the heavy debuff even after dismounting like today.
