Finally someone caught it. I've been in this situation before, many years ago, when a group's healer forgot to swap to healer. Was only mildly hectic. And I'm sure that's improved significantly over time with potency creep and such. Honestly probably even more fun to heal as Arcanist, makes the dungeons far more engaging.

But, as was also mentioned, Rogue isn't a starter class anyway. So, OP, either everyone picks any ol' class in your group's starting city of choice and everyone settles into their preferred class during the Envoy quests, or you'll be stuck picking different cities to fill a spread of roles.

As nice as it does sound to all start as a group in the same region and all play from the same point and all largely have the same interactions, I'd maybe personally suggest spreading out to each city instead. Naturally one of the four will have to buddy up. But, spreading out means you all get your own introductions to the Scions, which also leads to small variations in interactions in the early game whenever the situation calls for references to your prior actions.
