My only experience with Hamlet is in some old book, and Depending on how you looked at it, it only had four points.

6/8 on seal drops 70k run and thats back to back to back 8x in a row. So idk if it affects the drop rate yet. highest so far is 71,299.

Draw it out as long as you can. Its better to get as many turn ins as you can than try for fast kills to get time bonus, as DoL and DoH buffs/debuffs add up to more in the end after x2 multiplier
