Are we even surprised ? This "special task force" is a team of... absolutely nothing, they literally just exist and do absolutely nothing.
Can't you bypass these using a controller? Think with controller you don't have to click on anything, you just choose the placard.
Never mind the fact that this person has entirely covered up the front of someone else’s property! So sad this still hasn’t been dealt with. They’re probably hoping the owner of the medium will cave in and move out… much as I would hate being in that situation, I hope they can stick it out until something is done. And hopefully it’s sooner rather than later, because it’s criminal it has gone on this long!
On an other ward/city there was a plot that had a bridge between them and the plot on the other side of the path.. you couldn't walk thourgh to the other plots. Yes you could jump over fences etc, or walk around the houses... but it still isn't ok... I have reported them in game and after a few days the items that were blocking the road were gone.
Yeah I mean I have a floated deck (no TPP, you can do it by changing fences), but it doesn’t hang out over the road below me or encroach on anyone else’s property. There’s just no good reason for someone to pretty much ruin someone else’s yard like that.![]()
Numerous people came out to report this plot. It was posted about on Reddit and Twitter. Nothing has been done for almost 6 months, and they're more than just blocking pathways. They're intruding on someone else's plot, and since they stacked stuff up in front of the other persons plot, that other owner gets stuck when porting to his own house. On an other ward/city there was a plot that had a bridge between them and the plot on the other side of the path.. you couldn't walk thourgh to the other plots. I doubt you'll see any resolution to this due to how Square views problem solving. They'll want the owners to work it out between themselves like adults and not get involved (which is the same mentality they use when dealing with stalkers). If it was done using glitches that were reverted back into the game intentionally by the devs, they won't flog the guy for doing that.Numerous people came out to report this plot. It would have to reach the point that it's turning violent or involving threats for the GMs to actually step in imo. So new owner can try to talk to the guy doing it, move or ignore it.

The only way these people could achieve the level of "glitch" that they have, is by using a 3rd party program. Apparently, the people that owned the plot above them had also reported them, then moved, and then we all found it like this when bidding on the empty plot opened.
The people doing it feigned total ignorance and played some stupid, silly game when confronted over this- but long story short, given the names they keep giving the house, the addition of their brag book, etc- it's clear they're doing this to be a gaggle of butt-dots. This kind of thing is definitely griefing when it comes to abusing someone else's plot, but toss in the multiple blocks they've erected in "public" walkways and they've broken more than just the no 3rd party rules.
SQ Enix is being complicity lazy in their ignorance of the issue, and as far as I'm concerned, after almost 6 months of pretending it doesn't exist, have given the green light to use whatever program/method you want to force your neighbors out, who were unlucky enough to win a plot near a bunch of infantile mouth breathers who suffer sore butts from not winning the plot they deemed theirs. Literally, all the victims of this did was win the plot.
It's further ridiculous that Sq Enix has to rush to take action when their lack of concern for the rules they themselves have laid out culminates in them getting and posting evidence of someone(s) using a 3rd party mod in their screenshot contest and they've gotta delete it before all hell breaks loose. The best part is, those people modding their character/clothing are not having any affect on those around them, while these Muttley-esque snickering fools continue to impede the use of the terrain in the game as developed.
There is no working it out with people like this. People who are reasonable enough to understand and care about the impact of their actions on others wouldn't behave like this in the first place. What they need, no, what they deserved, was swift and decisive action on the part of the supposed team that is in place to deal with issues like this. What Yoshi P and his team have succeeded in doing by ignoring this is make laughing stocks of their false indignation over the existence and use of 3rd party programs and make it abundantly clear that so long as their precious raid/contest rewards don't get trivialized, it's all good.
