Mao thinkings this might be a banable offense for multiple reasons. Should do an ingame report of offending person.

That was the very first thing I did. It's a FC plot, so I just sent in ward/plot number... 4 players, all with the same last name, two level 2's, one level 22 and one level 90.

I think numerous tickets have been opened. One player stated they reported the plot 2 days ago, got a canned response, no action seems to have been taken.
