This often happens when the losing team gets split between two fronts and doesn't stay together. It's especially egregious on Onsal, and you end up with your team fighting on two fronts all the time on top of occupying both enemies and focusing them onto your own team on a constant basis.

i dont think this is as prevalent in NA as you make it out to be, as for rank it doesnt entirely equate to skill
