Some people see a man barely being able to contain his rage over the abduction of his sister and all they can focus on is his face, so superficial tsk tsk.

I think another thing being forgotten by some earlier posts is that he's an automaton. He's a grown up version of his kid automaton made by people who love him and consider him a little brother. If he doesn't look quite like other Au Ra men, then that makes sense. He's an idealized version.
