Adventurer plate could not be updated due to invalid data.

I'm sick of people complaining that they can't see my alt's vanity card, and I'm sick of getting this message when I try to update so it can be seen.
Adventurer plate could not be updated due to invalid data. (5)

Anyone have any helpful ideas?

i got that error when i fantasia'd and tried to use my portrait on my plate. i reloaded the game and reset my portraits and it worked after that. if you didn't fantasia, im not sure.
