FanFest 2023 application confirmation email never came

Did anyone else in the (NA) fanfest application group apply to the ticket lottery but not get their confirmation email? Every other email Square sends out arrives to my same email address: Ads, promos, subscription payments etc.

...But not the important confirmation email everyone else seems to be getting instantly. Mine just never came. I've checked all the junk, spam, trash, and domains/folders for mailboxes. I contacted customer support twice (no luck there, no one would confirm or deny if I'm good to go).

When attempting to apply via the link again, it says, "Your application has already been submitted". --
-*Am I to trust that means I am successfully entered in the lottery?
    - Or did I slip through the cracks and already will never get a chance?

    Thanks for listening.

*Note: I have severe trust issues.

Unfortunately, it's possible your email provider just has it blocked or filtered or there is some other problem with Square Enix successfully sending to it. It could also just be delayed because of the demand. Some people getting it instantly could be anecdotal.

The good news is that if it says it has already been submitted, then it is checking the information you provided against a list of people it is regarded to have applied and found it on the list.

In case they couldn't email you successfully, you could try making sure that future emails reach you successfully by adding the address to your address book. The address is included in the announcement at https://fanfest2.finalfantasyxiv.com...s/news-tickets

It does say this as well. I don't know if it means there is no confirmation email, but it at least means there won't be one to say you didn't win a ticket.
Note that players who are not selected will not be contacted.

In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

Thanks for the positive feedback, I am hoping that it is as you say, and has me in the database with the others. On my end, I've favorited and made their address all important to my email box. Though their other frequent advertisement emails seem to be coming in just fine. lol.
