Time to Remove Ward FC/Individual Restrictions

The longer they keep those fc wards quiet, the longer all those gingerbread,paissas and carbuncles stay away from those wards.

I consider myself very lucky that in my Empyreum ward apparently everyone decided to use a normal house. We got some limsa, ishgard, gridania and the occasional "profession"-themed houses, but not a single one of these fugly joke houses in sight.

i also have a house in the empyreum me and 1 other person have the cafe walls 1 person has the paissa house everyone else has the default house

I kind of like the FC only thing, I hope they don't remove it completely because it gives us the ability to get a plot after 30days, this was impossible prior to the Lottery and Ward changes.

I actually wish they would've gone further and made it all snow instead of grass.

Is this their way of pushing people into FCs? It doesn't seem to be helping. You'd think they'd want all of those plots full once it's obvious that FCs aren't using them.

It takes time, but I’m pretty sure they will all be mixed wards eventually if they go by the way things have been done in the past.

Still, looking at my server, opening up the FC wards will open up maybe 20 small houses, and there were 29 bids on the small I bid on last round (a grade 4 plot if that matters), plus the 5 others in the area I was in. There’s still not enough private to go around. I really wish they’d just add an instanced option so everyone could get what they wanted. Just throwing out more wards isn’t solving the problem.

I mean I'm usually Elezen, living in Ishgard should be a dream. I waited YEARS to get a house there.

Now I'm seriously debating *Goblet*.

If they don't change the current system.
They better make future plots<maybe even old plots if it vacates for any reason> into Variable Building Size plots, on a large square.

But if it was that from the start(and if having a small cottage on a large land gave you more outer decorations, many would go that route, if not a noticeable chunk)

but like others said, in the end it all dries up, and we back to square one/go.

IF anything, FC wards should have a different, or custom variability like I mentioned above, so it completely fills up with "FCs", and Player Housing be either variable or open to all.
