Time to Remove Ward FC/Individual Restrictions

How lucky I am to finally have gotten a house when they added all those new wards but I feel your pain, had been playing the lottery for months and no dice. It was especially taunting as I had say #23 and #24 won and that several times. Made me really want to flip my table each time it happened.

As to your request, I think they should just keep adding wards, are there limitations I am not aware of that keeps them from doing that? If they open FC plots to private buyers then it would just create an FC plot shortage. Same thing, different color.

This is why I just made a fake FC and went that route. Bought a cute little cottage that nobody else wanted, totally uncontested, in housing-hell-land aka balmung.
I 100% agree with you, FC wards are stupid and often total ghost towns, even more so than the individual wards.

I signed up for the forum just to make a post about this. I find the state of housing absolutely insane. As someone who just got involved, I cannot imagine how frustrated and jaded the community must be at the imismanagement of the system. I understand the need for the lottery system, but why in the world are there SO many plots being allotted to FCs? Why are there FC only wards at all? It's ridiculous. I just went through my first bidding and it felt like a complete waste of time. I was the first person to bid but it piled up to 30+ bidders. There were lots of other lots I would've been the only bidder on but I couldn't because of the very thing TC is posting about. Sometimes wards are over halfway vacant. Imo this is unacceptable and players deserve feedback now.

And telling us to simply make fake FCs is not acceptable either. Just set wards to auto update if demand is low. Why would you willfully leave wards vacant bid period after bid period? It's completely illogical.

Yes, please. There are houses in my neighbourhood my FC mates would love to have. But it can't because we've been restricted to FC only.

They just shifted assignments with 6.3. They can clearly see what's going on with every plot everywhere, but if you want to keep up with this "investigative journalism", feel free, I guess.

My FC is in ward 25 Goblet now. Legit ALL smalls are open on my side.

Larges and mediums only. Oddly relaxing.

But to the Op's point. Agree, they should open this ward up to private bids sooner rather than later. I hope it doesnt stay FC only.

The longer they keep those fc wards quiet, the longer all those gingerbread,paissas and carbuncles stay away from those wards.

Sounds like a W to me.
