    Micro FPS Drops since 6.4

Since patch 6.4, I have been having small fps drops at random times (usually only about a 4-6 fps drop for a second). They used to be once in a while, but today, they have been VERY frequent and noticeable with a an occasional higher fps drop (about 8-10 fps).

GPU temps are in a good range (72-75c) and CPU/GPU utilization is normal, though I do have high HDD usage when loading into areas or at the beginning of raids and trials for a minute til the effects lag catches up.

I run an Intel i7-7700 and GTX 1060 3gb on an HDD (all 6 years old), and I play the game in fullscreen at I guess you'd call it medium settings.

(EDIT) Forgot to add, these started happening only in battle, soon moved to happening at random times anywhere: standing in front of FC house, on island sanctuary, or in map dungeons.
(EDIT 2) I also forgot to mention that it's more severe in pvp, it seems. It is still quite random. I did the new dungeon tonight and had it happen once in the beginning, but then I did the trial after and didn't have it happen. So I have no clue what is causing it.

Omegaher0, I ran into issues with certain other applications (specifically: Cooler Master MasterPlus software.) causing behavior exactly like this. It would be completely fine anywhere else but as soon as I start combat it would be animating like a Game N Watch but my framerate would still read hundreds (i force my rate to 240FPS in the drivers now and leave game at uncapped). I have a 13700k and a 4090 along with 32GB of DDR5 and gen4 M.2 SSDs, i should never see a frame drop, seeing that was jarring. I suggest going through any other apps that might be running that might touch or read sensors on your GPU in any way at all. Motherboard software, any gaming software or monitoring software, try cutting them out one at a time. if you dont have anything, I dont have much else unfortunately.
