Connection issues - Twelve99 routing problem - Traceroute inside

So I've been recieving really bad lag/delay in group content making the game pretty much unplayable. I checked with traceroute to my Data Center (Chaos) and this is what I saw:

Twelve99 routing to the EU server (Chaos) now has 900ms for me at around 5-6pm ST to around 10pm ST. It has happened every day for the past week.
