Claimed they were being harassed as a new healer. Simply could of asked how to report. They didn't claim anything, they simply asked a question - The only person claiming anything was the person I quoted with the "I bet the so-called harassment is probably someone" nonsense, that's all there is to it, whether you know the context behind it is entirely irrelevant, they felt harassed in the given situation, and felt it appropriate to report/block - Frankly, having insight into the context is irrelevant since you yourself cannot do anything with it, the only person that can is the GM
Again, it is for the GM to decide whether it constitutes harassment, nobody else.
What one would or wouldn't perceive as harassment is not something you can really say. Different individuals would have a different baseline for which it would be deemed as harassment, in this sense harassment is largely a subjective endeavour, to which they're within their right to claim that as much as they like.
Comparatively, the following statement "I bet the so-called harassment is probably someone..." - This is both a baseless claim and only one which ultimately only attempts to undermine the situation with an irrelevant monologue.
The other poster could have simply answered the question, but they did not, all they did was proclaim they needed to know the context (which wasn't even relevant to the question) and then proceeded to spew out an irrelevant stigmatized monologue.
Edit: They can report as much as they like if they deem it a valid report, and the GM can either dismiss the report and eventually suspend the account making the reports (given falsified and all), or they can sanction those harassing, assuming they deem the report as being valid. Again, their judgment call, frankly, not yours, and most especially a poster with a clear agenda who seemingly couldn't even be objective when making their post.

100%. Weird how anyone could think random players on these forums are gatekeepers of using the game's customer service that is available for everyone. What one would or wouldn't perceive as harassment is not something you can really say. OP didn't ask for advice as to whether the forums thought their concern was valid or not. They didn't provide details to vent or get our opinions either, as in "tales from the dutyfinder." They had a simple question that was answered on Page 1.
See, I would have been inclined to agree with the poster if their post implied this:100%. Weird how anyone could think random players on these forums are gatekeepers of using the game's customer service that is available for everyone.

They, however, did not. Just proceeded with a random, and quite frankly irrelevant interjection. Didn't even have the common courtesy of answering the question and wanted to do this...You can make a report by going to the System menu and then going to the support desk and clicking contact us, and then report harassment. Just keep in mind that repeated, and potentially falsified reports can be sanctionable.
Exactly. OP was asking how to use a feature, not asking if people wanted to know why they wanted to use said feature. The most that anyone should have answered with is "This is how you do it, and just be aware that if it's a false report that can be risky". If people wanna have a discussion about false reporting, that's fine but not sure why that has to involve doubting the validity of OP's desired report.
Hmmm... maybe on second thought, we should be demanding that OP elaborate. Forum drama is indeed a delicious breed of drama.
(for the humor illiterate, this is indeed a joke)

Why you continue to double down on semantics is beyond me, I've just pointed out they're not really equivalent, the OP being a matter of making a claim belonging to their own experience and 'feelings' - Nobody has substantial justification to tell anyone how they should feel or what is/isn't valid in this regard, on the other hand, trying to construe their experiences on absolutely no base nor evidence for that matter whatsoever... That you could not refute the previous argument substantially enough really shows who exactly is wrong -here. But hey, you do you.
