Anyone else running into this? I'm getting an error message whenever I switch to a class with any melds at all - which is to say 11/12 of them. Reassigning the gear set fixes it (like what happens when you dye) but the message itself is making me a bit nervous.

The good news is that my materia seems right, from what I can tell. Although with some of these DoH classes it's tough to know for sure.

I got the same message, but I don't see anything 'weird' atm.

Yeah I noticed that too - it seems to be a bug with the gear set system, as it throws that error up even with gear that has no materia in it when I tried changing to that gear set. I did notice though that gear that did have materia in it had the materia bonus greyed out, as if it had been disabled. Simply pressing the 'update gear set' button seems to fix the problem (with materia bonuses once again shown in white).

In any event, it's probably worth putting a bug report in it about it, even though it's easily fixed and is more annoying than game-breaking.

Its because you changed the materia since you made the set/loadout, you can equip delete the set and create it again. POOF no more error.

I only get that message when I change materia on an item then forget to resave all the other gear sets using that item.

It shouldn't cause you any problems unless the item is a crafted piece and you have a second copy of it in your Armoury Chest because you wanted different melds for a different job. In that case, it may choose to equip the item with the wrong melds.
