I guess the most common food I use gameplay wise is Aldgoat Steaks as they're extremely cheap and easily obtainable from one of Enki's maids in her FC house (the Estate Housemaid vendor), but headcanon wise, I'm not entirely sure. Probably something hearty but nutrious...

My WoL hates Pumpkin Potages. Way too many were consumed during the first tier of Pandaemonium. But s/he can eat pretty much anything otherwise, especially chocolate cakes!!
