Even that takes some time and work or have you not noticed how trial glowies take time to show up?
Times have changed and their workload has increased significantly. Stop talking about previous expansions like they were just a couple months ago.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of their resources are currently going into 7.0 with all the supposed stuff that is coming out with it.
As for content, I'd be content with it if my main thing (PvP) had actually something to strive towards. Even something as simple as giving multiple Crystal Rank and Top 100 finishes their own titles (like Quad Champion or something), to make it a little more worthwhile to grind it again instead of just having repeats of past seasons and handful of useless Trophy Crystals.
Criterion dungeon has shown you are wrong, while Matilda was right.
That said, If you want to make your healer work, unequip the left side of your equipment (except weapon of course), so you die at every aoe.

and I'm not scared to use them.
Have they said anything if we'll get another criterion dungeon this expansion?
Or. . . put small steps on every major patch / half patch so it doesn't feel forced in at the end and there's almost always something to do with the relic.
It also allows to make the grinds longer if you have longer to do it, can remove "easy" steps or "victory laps"

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
6.4 and 6.5 will each have a variant dungeon.
Nothing feels forced and I'd rather they spend their time on a story to go along with this, if that's what they want to do.
Personally, I love that relic comes later in the cycle (I doubt I'm alone in that.) because there's already so much happening at the start: Story, dungeons, raids, quests, crafting, gathering. I have all my jobs to level and so much to gear up. They let us upgrade the first tome weapon, so there's little point in having the relic yet.
I'm a shadowbringers player and I really don't care about what happened in prior expansions. It obviously stopped working or people asked for something different if they changed things up. It's in the past. Try leaving it there.

I should have mentioned having content that is long like Bozja/Eureka.
Exploratory content in between major patches is sorely needed, and the only time you have large groups of players having to work together which is really fun.
Relic starting in 6.15 and having the choice of exploration zone or steps outside the exploration zone, Bozja was close to this but sadly the story and thus future steps required the exploration zone. I also would love another restoration effort maybe without the competition this time given how out of hand the botting was for Ishgardian restoration.
Even then that was complained about. Bozja is definitely more self centered than Eureka ever could be. The teamwork aspect is to a much lesser degree
