Happens to me as well, super weird and buggy feeling. No idea why things reset like that.

Of note, it happens to certain PvP UI elements after a time too. Always fun to load into Crystalline Conflict after a break from it and find my team and enemy bars have jumped around back to the default as the match start timer is ticking down.

Every time I go back into Diadem the gauge for the aether cannon is huuuge again and blocks the timers on my buff list (fisher). Pretty annoying.

And yeah, huge job gauges as well.

It’s a good thing not to answer your enemies. I scarcely ever do. Perhaps Emily is more like me than I am like myself. Perhaps she would rather not answer her friends, even. She keeps it all in her heart.

If this isn't a fixable issue, is there at least any sort of macro to be made to more quickly revert settings? Obviously there's no one quick fix, especially for more niche HUD elements like Logograms or Squadron Commands. But at the very least, for changing job gauges?

As is, if I swap to a job I haven't played in a bit, it's: Open System menu, open HUD layout, select gauge (and hope there's only one, fucks sake on the jobs with more...), open settings, switch job gauge back to Simple Mode, resize it down, save those settings (because it'd be too hard to incorporate the saving of those settings within overall saving the HUD layout....), relocate job gauge to preferred position, and save layout.

An awful damn lot of clicks that I'll probably have to repeat in a few months' time when I swap over again.
