I can accept the fact the 10+ to lvl 60 dungeons are easy, but when its like that for lvl 70 and beyond we got a problem in game design, though, once a upon a time the ARR and HW dungeons were supposedly hard until it got nerfed.

Complete hyperbole.People say this kind of thing.. but then we get challenges like endwalkers"you got stuck in a soldiers body" quest and the demands for a difficulty choice are made so emphatically that the devs put one in for EVERYTHING.
Not everyone finds the things you think are 0 to be easy. Not everyone is you or your friends. Go ahead and feel superior if that's what keeps you going, but don't pretend they don't exist or that it's not some peoples experience.
Echo buffs are there for a reason.
Going from your character to a literal grunt is a difficulty crater, not a gradual increase.
Once upon a time (around the same time), the gameplay was overly complicated, so of course those dungeons were a lot harder.
Your trying to wiggle your way out of the argument by changing the premise. I only stated that FOR NEW PLAYERS healer was much harder to play in dungeons than the other roles. You somehow took that and extrapolated that to meaning healer is the hardest role ever. All the evidence supports my conclusion. There are significantly less healers and healers receive the most criticism in dungeons. Healers are by far "expected" to play much closer to optimally even though it is a learning environment than the other 2 roles. This is all because of big pulls. If you downgrade to single pulls then yes healers role is probably the easiest, but that's not realistically how dungeons are run.
Most of the time this happens because the DPS is too focussed on the hotbars with all the buttons that light up. Unlike healers or tanks, they often have a lot more combos going on, and in plenty of cases even RNG in those buttons.
But i think the real issue in this game is server framerate and client lag. It makes a lot of things quite inconsistent in response times, which especialy for casuals can already be anoying enough. This framerate stuff limits the damage output moments, and usualy just enforces spikes to take place. If damage would be a more constant threat, where positioning matters on the incoming damage, you can use that as a threatening way which is more graceful on that, but also risks having it combined with a spike. Then both the healers have to focus more on healing (now its still 80% of the time 1 spam), and mechanics can be made more difficult by giving more factors to consider. This is already one of the reasons why WoW is considered more difficult, the engine allows it. And since ff has a lot of lag moments involved, making most mechanics instakill is very harsh as the time when the mechanic is shown is often delayed a similar time. Extremes are on that a way to make people pay more attention to other hints, and will respond on those signs already instead of relying on a visible circle on the floor.
The engine 'simply' needs an update for this. As with such update, it can make mechanics function better, and allows the devs to make them harder knowing the visible effects are more consistent with the actual timer on the server.
Part of the reason why sometimes I queued in specifically into Ivalice or NieR raids as a healer is because it's one of the rarer ARs to pop via roulette (even happier surprise if they happen to pop via my own roulette!), thus players that I'm paired with tend to be the ones that's not accustomed to the mechanics = more chance to make mistake. The more clown fiesta they are, the better. People dying means bosses dies slower = they get to do more mechanics...
.......I'm already missing day 1 of each alliance raids.
I queued two experts today to dust off BLM. In Lapis, I was last man standing against the 2nd boss. In Troia, the healer got wrecked by the 2nd and last boss. Tell me again how things need to get more difficult when people like these healers can't even take care of themselves.![]()
Yup. Healing is easy. Until it isnt. But is that due to the difficulty of the dungeon, or the players you are playing with? I think you are misunderstanding the two. If you have DPS that are playing optimally and tanks that use proper mits, your job arguably becomes the easiest of the 3. When its the latter, you are scrambling because you are technically the only role that can "save" it with your tools. A dps dies to an aoe? Other than a redmage/summoner, only you can save them XD. Heals, shields, etc. are more needed when enemies live longer and players take more unnecessary damage. With your logic, every form of content is hardest on healer because if the players are the worst things imaginable, more heals, shields, and rezzes are needed which healers can supply.
