The difficulty of Normal Content in this game needs to increase.

If you have a full party, you can already choose min ilvl when queueing. You can make a pf to get a full 24 people if you want to do min ilvl alliance runs.

Never said I wanted to do min ilvl, I said the item level scaling is a tad too high. If its i50 to enter, why does it go all the way up to like i100+? If it's i50 to get it, it should cap at the item level *that drops in the raid* as being the highest it'll sync down to.

Such as ilvl 80 for LOTA and so on, would be what it syncs people down to who are over that.
