Sadly, many people love FFXIV despite the raids, not because of them.

Care to elaborate on why people 'loving the game despite something a piece of content and not because of it' is a bad thing? Sounds like a pretty big win.

Endwalker has 24 hours of cutscenes and an equal time of walking for two hours of actual gameplay. And many people LOVE this.

This is a non-point. It exceeds that of previous expansions. Of all perspectives to make you go with this... A bit of a disappointing argument.

And after you beat the story? That’s when you go clubbing with your friends while trying on your brand new mods that you can now share with Mare. So why even worry about raiding? Just do /beesknees and alt-tab to a better game! That’s the FFXIV way!

The funny thing is, it doesn't look like they participate in any of the more difficult content the game offers. I think they are just advertising that they spend their in game time going to clubs.. Which good for them I guess?
