We don't need anything between normal and extreme. People need to get their gear & rotations right and focus on learning the fights. That's all it takes to bridge that gap.There are some outliers in Normal that do need to be "fixed" like Singularity Reactor being offensively easy compared to almost anything before it, it really ruins the climax of the base HW by being practically AFK-able.
As for the most other Normal content? It's often fine for casual players, the changes they made in the old dungeons have been vast improvements compared to the originals even though they are really easy for veteran players.
What they need is to have more intermediate level content that falls somewhere between Normal and Extreme and go all the way up to Extreme+ to have a proper stepping stone for most people to access the harder stuff.
