The difficulty of Normal Content in this game needs to increase.

Well Deveryon, to be fair, 610 crafted Rinascita or upgraded Rinascita IS pretty easy to come by. So to be balanced, it isnt the BEST gear, but its definitely the best if you dont go the savage / extreme route....

One still needs to play the game of finding BiS for their job and mix in tome gear, but even that isn't too bad and only takes a few weeks of farming.
