Healer role in frontlines

Playing healer in frontlines used to be so much fun, being able to save someone with rescue, surviving a burst with the lb, strong single and aoe healing, managing your mana, astro cards, fairy auge, whm flowers, etc..

With the current pvp kit you are just another dps but with a weak single player heal every 15 seconds and a dmg ability every 15 seconds. It feels so boring and simple to play compared to what it used to be, and while this issue is the same with every job, healers suffer from it more.

I really wish S.E will care more about frontlines and pvp overall and make it more complex and fun like it used to be in the next expansion, but I have 0 hopes.

The only content I used to do was frontlines, but with how boring and unbalanced its since 6.1 I barely do any nowadays. I really miss all the fun I had with my friends playing frontlines all day, no one does fl anymore or they stopped playing the game

Healers used to play like healers. Now they feel like playing a League or a Dota character so you just press through your buttons and wait for cooldowns to go down and repeat

You can still save people as healers, they have a lot of CC or defensive buffs in their kit for their team members now.

In FL once you use your 2 cds you are useless as healer, and most of the time it doesnt do anything because that person gets stun chained to death. Also, i wouldnt call it a lot of CC, when whm has one every 25secs and the lb, and astro gravity each 15secs, both of them being single target.

Your realize that Gravity was changed to a single target CC- which I could see for CC, I could argue that it should have been kept as an AOE for FL only with a lack of premades, but I would likely get lynched.

The point is that in a PvP game mode players are supposed to die. A concept fundamentally incompatible with PvE healing design.
