Cannot cast spells while moving.

I have never formally voiced a complaint about anything in this game. But, I sincerely can't stand the "You cannot cast spells while moving" thing.
It really, really bothers me. And yet I can cast a spell while not holding a weapon? But I can't cast while moving? .... What?

I wish I had a more effective way of expressing my discontent with this. It is not something that I can adjust to although I have tried. Quite frankly, it takes away from the gaming experience.

Please abolish this incredibly annoying affect!

Well, I think a good compromise would be to be able to cast while walking, just not running.
That way we'd get that message less frequently and still allow our character to re-position itself during battle.
It won't be a problem for PVP since walking is quite slow and a charging melee character will be able to quickly close the gap.
