It could have been done differently. I could give two examples.

1. Increase mob movement speed, and increase the damage more when taking damage from behind.

or

2. While casting reduce run speed of caster to walking. Make sleep/root spells line of sight only. The current enfeeble system is good for PVP play, but of course terrible for PvE. Needs to be switched back, and while in PVP the current system should take charge in it's own area only.
