With the change to fc buffs, strider boots should instead grant lost impetus

Title pretty much - with the change to the "back on your feet" series of actions, some of the uniqueness has been eroded.
Why should I bother with a dedicated gear set for long sprint in cities when I can simply put the fc buff up? City-only lost impetus/lost swift would provide an interesting boost for those with the boots while helping preserve the value and prestige of both the free company system and interesting gear.

I've never seen that buff activated on any of the FCs I've been in TBH. Meat and Mead, Reduced Rates, etc. seem way more useful...

Every once in a while, my FC will load a buff like seal sweetener or proper care and I'm like I didn't even know that was a thing... did they just add that? No? It's been in the game forever?!?

Some time this expansion I think. Last tier already had that change but I'm not sure about first tier.
