As you will no doubt see, the thread Qeeple moved to Tech support has not seen an ounce of help. I've been calling Tech support for about 45 days, and I have long since exhausted all options they have available. When I can't log in from Kentucky, Michigan, and my friend can't log my character in from Canada, it highly suggests to me that this is MORE than a tech support problem.

Look. No help at all. I've listed EVERYTHING tech support has told me to do, which has failed. I need an investigation launched into this problem as it is clearly a bug related to log-in at this point, NOT a technical issue related to my equipment. I can log into my other characters just fine, and go anywhere in the world. However, Lusavari Rosenrot will not log in. There could have been a problem that happened back at the server merger.

Here is my TECH SUPPORT ISSUED Ticket, which has notes from Tech support Agent Justin on it: [t1621532:bb0e] Cannot Log in, error 30002

Please do not move this to Tech support, as it is beyond a tech support issue.
