    I think it's mostly the level 70 sam/monk Dai-ryumyaku set that's bought with Poetics in Rhalgr's Reach (I think the hat might be the current max level crafted one but not sure)

    The top and boots are the Ryumyaku set as James said above; the headdress is from the Exarchic set (level 80 crafted/marketboard) and the gloves are from the level 70 SAM job gear, which can be repurchased at the Calamity Salvager if you didn't keep it.
