I don't even think its possible to have confirmation yet, but... When you turn-in the seals, is it a one time thing to unlock access to any and all relic weapon quests or do you need the seals for each and every weapon? If it's the former, I'd say go for a weapon on a current job, finish when you can, then worry about what jobs might come out later down the road.
