    Furthermore, for some reason, this broke my ability to play on wifi as well. I took out the ethernet cable and disabled the ethernet ports, however I still run into 2002 errors trying to login to NA/EU.

    From using Tracert in command prompt it seems I have a double NAT, but I dont think theres a way to fix that (I tried setting my Orbi to Access Point mode) and it works fine on JP datacenter

    Help would be appreciated
    Are you on Singtel? Many of us experience the same 2002 error yesterday. Check out the other thread titled 6.3 packet loss.
