Are you on Singtel? Many of us experience the same 2002 error yesterday. Check out the other thread titled 6.3 packet loss.Im at my wits end here and ive tried so many things for a ton of hours
Before this, everything was working fine. I am a Singaporean player playing on the NA datacenter.
I bought an ethernet cable and enabled the ethernet port, and started using Ethernet for the first time
Everything else is working fine - Destiny 2, Tower of Fantasy, Maplestory, Microsoft Edge, etc, as well as logging into the JP datacenter
However, trying to log into the NA or EU datacenters causes repeated 2002 errors/doesnt allow me to login. I did manage to login at some point, but proceeded to get 90006 errored afterwards. Using a VPN stops this.
I have tried many things such as repeatedly resetting my router and PC, putting my PC on a DMZ server, setting my IP address Static, Setting my DNS to google servers, and a few other things such as disabling all firewalls. However, none of these have resolved this issue.
Furthermore, for some reason, this broke my ability to play on wifi as well. I took out the ethernet cable and disabled the ethernet ports, however I still run into 2002 errors trying to login to NA/EU.
From using Tracert in command prompt it seems I have a double NAT, but I dont think theres a way to fix that (I tried setting my Orbi to Access Point mode) and it works fine on JP datacenter
Help would be appreciated
Yes I am on Singtel, huh, thats just a major coincidence then, unfortunate
