Spell Actions and Traits Adjustments
Heals seen at 100 potency = 4% of self HP. Non-dot spells with damage have had their recast doubled while doubling damage, to make room for gcd healing spells, and to cut down on so much single button spam. Ruin II has been readjusted by combining Ruin II with Broil IV potency, rather than doubling Ruin II potency. MP cost will remain the same since gcd heals can fill spots in between or if you need to reapply your dot. New combos have been created using Art of War II with Biolysis and Miasma III to both save on button bloat and be more thematic in their usage. Fester and Bane are now gcd that also combo with Art of War II to enhance dot tactics. Physick has been adjusted to encourage more usage. May scrap Fester (Concept B) mechanic due to burst capability in raid windows.

Ability Actions and Traits Adjustments
Emergency Tactics recast reduced to 10s to match new gcd tempo. Eos identity set to heals, Selene for shields, and Seraph with a combination of both. Various elements in the toolkit now reflect the identities, while sharing the same for others. Energy Drain is now repurposed to use Aetherflow to fill Faerie Gauge even faster. Dissipation has also been repurposed to an ogcd faerie swap while giving 1 Aetherflow, for those times you don't want to use a gcd to swap. Various pet action potencies have been readjusted to match their counterparts. Second faerie can now be deployed for a short duration, but consumes Faerie Gauge in the process and doesn't obey orders. Seraph now has pet actions that interact with Faerie Gauge. Have to put in Cooldown Tooltip tag information because Recast is causing issues with Pet commands. Most Pet commands will now share a recast of 3s. Cooldown Tooltip no longer required due to client-side backend adjustments to pet action ques.

Enjoying the theorycraft. When I imagine a Scholar on the battlefield, they take their time between their main attacks to heal, dot, or strategize resources to suite their needs. The faerie complements whichever tactics the Scholar chooses to take.
