Glowing Night is Recruiting [ENG/EU]

Hello Ragnarok!

Glowing Night is currently looking for active members in order to tackle endgame content, complete quests, do some leveling or whatever else needs to be done. We started this linkshell as a group of friends who've been playing together since Final Fantasy XI, but have since also found many new players who share our mindset. Our goal is to maintain a long lasting shell of players who are always ready to help each other and enjoy the challenges of Eorzea as a team. Obtaining loot and riches certainly has its place on our list of priorities, but enjoying the journey is much more important!


Further Information:

• Our events usually start at 19:00 GMT, sometimes earlier on week-ends. Attendance isn't mandatory or anything, but we're mainly looking for players who can join in on the fun regularly.

• Everyone from level 1 to level 50 is welcome, but please only apply if you're interested in doing end-game content and if you expect to stay with us for the long run.

• Our main goal is to enjoy game - not to get as much loot as fast as possible. Of course we always fight to win, but we don't always take the easy route by using the best possible equipment or optimal party setup. Figuring stuff out on our own and having some good wipes along the way is half the fun!

• If you're one of those who tell others to skip cutscenes and dialogue because they can "just watch it at the inn", then we are not the shell for you.

• We (currently?) don't use any kind of voice chat.

• Constant use of profanity or whining about the game will be punished with a fine of 1000000 gil to be paid directly to our LS bank.

• Ok, the above point was a lie. We don't even have an LS bank. But it's still strongly discouraged!

Would it be possible for a casual player to join the linkshell with the intention to do end game activity occasionally? I have THM at level 50 and currently working on getting Archer to level 42.

Most definitely.

We have a couple of members who don't have too much play time on their hands, but still join events and help out when they can. As long as you're interested in doing stuff with us in general and show up more or less regularly, it's all good in my book ~
