    I'd like to talk to human being / GM

    Good morning dear human reading this,

    What can I do to be able to talk to gm in game, and not exchange sms-like messages with 12 hour delay?

    They just keep sending me apologies without helping me at all.

    I don't need the game gm's to write apology letters.

    Just talk to me for 3-4 minutes and that's all it will take. Just be honest with answers, please.

    They don't generally talk to players directly unless they need immediate information. Back in ARR / HW I don't think they had the ticket system that is currently in place so they always directly messaged you in game, but that hasn't been much of a thing for a few years now. You could probably ask them to contact you in a ticket, but unless its something major I wouldn't get your hopes up.
