We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We would ask of you to please attempt the following to see if these suggestions can help with the issue you are experiencing.

- We do suggest installing the game onto drive C: if possible.
- Try switching to between the available Direct X options (11 or 9) by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher to see if this changes anything.
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers. (Please note that the AMD Radeon RX 6800 does have a newer update available on their website as of 12/8/2022)
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, AMD, etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated. You may also try using the Windows sfc /scannow command in a command prompt window to check for errors.
