    dx11 error when close game, complete pc freeze too

    THIS ONLY HAPPENDS WHEN I PLAY FF14, NO OTHER GAME DOES THIS. I've been getting this error when i close the game. Occasionally my pc will hard lock freeze too, I have to use power button to shutdown and restart.



    I've tried reinstalling game. updated all my systems stuff. even did clean install of windows 11. was also happening when I had Windows 10.

    At the point of just going to a different mmo to play.

    my system specs are
    Windows 11
    Mobo-MPG B550 GAMING CARBON WIFI (MS-7C90)
    CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor, 3801 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
    GPU Radeon RX 6800
    32g ram (2x16)
    my Virtual Memory is 47.9g
    Page File space 16g
