    Bug in main Scenario(Divine Inrervention, Heavensward)

    Can anyone help?I can't continue playing the main scenario for a week(

    Greetings CaruNe,

    I'm very sorry to hear about these crashes that you've been experiencing. Are you noticing any patterns or common instances when these crashes occur? Any error messages? Do they occur only in instances, areas of higher population, or at random? Would it be possible to request for a "DXDIAG" report so we can better look into the issue? This can be done by clicking 'Start' on the Windows icon and click 'Run'. At the run line, please type 'DXDIAG', and hit "OK". Then click "Save all information" (in the DXDIAG window) and save it to a .txt file. Copy all that information and reply to this thread with it. Please also include any and all details involved with the problem such as any troubleshooting you've already performed for investigation on our end.

    Usually, we would recommend installing the game on your primary C: drive, as having it elsewhere can cause certain issues. Additionally, it might also help to make sure that any anti-virus programs and/or your Firewall are temporarily disabled before launching the game (you can re-enable them after if the issue persists) and disable any overlays, mods, or injectors from the game or system as well (such as Nvidia Freestyle/Control Panel settings). Lastly, to minimize the chance of any other programs conflicting with the game, I would also recommend performing a clean boot by opening your Task manager and selecting the 'Start Up' tab. From there, disable all applications listed, and restart the PC.
