    Unable to create Viera or Hrothgar character

    I purchased the starter edition of FF14 and since then purchased the digital upgrade and the Endwalker expansion, but the game still gives me the same original character creation option with no Viera or Hrothgar races available.

    Which Platform do you play on?

    Are you sure you bought the correct version upgrades for the correct Platform, as you can't say, buy the PS4 upgrade and mix it with the Steam version for example, if your base game is Windows PC (not steam) you have to purchase the exact upgrade, ala-Windows PC.
    Steam, PS4/5, MAC and Windows PC are all separate Platforms incompatible with each other, so if you have Steam Starter edition, PC upgrade will not work, thus you wouldn't get the option to create Viera and Hrothgar.

    Make sure your Starter Edition and the Upgrade are the correct ones.

    If they are, you should contact Support directly, online Chat support is usually pretty quick and helpful.

    Must use same region software and upgrades as well.

    Found the solution shortly after posting this: I had not put the registry key from steam into the Mogstation! Consider it resolved and my account all bunned up with Viera.
