sadly this might not happen due to well healer main being more upset with how the game is right nowI've always wanted to see specs. Like even of we can't choose talent points can I be a pld healer? Holy pally was my favorite class in my wow days and I main pld now but Is it really so much to ask I can heal with my shield and fending gear that could have 2 versions with piety or tenacity? Warriors, drk and gnb should be able to tank or dps. Dmg only classes like sam or dragoon should be able to have 2 different dps styles. I really don't think this is unreasonable and like I said they don't even need to have talent trees. I'm making this as easy as possible for you square. Also agree with adopting the wow glamour/xmog system. It's ridiculous we don't have it in 2025.

I dont think the game needs anything. The formula is already perfect and it allows for people with busy officework 14 hours a day and five kids at home to relax for 30 minutes every week.
Only thing Id want is the subscription price to rise so I could give them more money. I hope we get more mogstation stuff too. All the mounts, pets and cute glams. That would be so cool. Like 5-25 dollars a pop. Id even pay 60 for a really good mount.

I’d love to see more side quests—or even a new type of quest—that explore the history and lore of each zone. The world of Eorzea is so rich with stories, and it would be amazing to have quests that delve into the past of places like the Black Shroud, Coerthas, or Mor Dhona.
I think side quests that expand on job lore (without being locked to that job) would be fantastic. For example, the Encyclopedia Eorzea contains so much interesting information that could be woven into in-game quests. Since our jobs are such a big part of how we build the fantasy around our characters, having more in-game lore about them would really enhance that connection.
Apartments also need a significant upgrade. It would be great if we could upgrade our apartments to be as large as a large house, and adding an outdoor area where we can place outdoor furniture like a balcony or patio would make the housing features more accessible to everyone regardless of if they win a lottery or take long breaks from the game.
The glamour system could use a major update, too. It would be amazing to have a catalog-style interface where we can browse 3D models of all our gear. We also desperately need more glamour plates—even if they have to be stored locally to save server space.
UI improvements are another area that could use attention. The UI needs to be faster and more responsive. For example, our inventories need a better search feature than /isearch, and having the option to view items as a text list instead of an icon grid is something I've always wanted. The retainer UI could also use some work—being able to summon multiple retainers at once, issue commands more easily, and view a consolidated inventory would make managing retainers much less tedious.
One final dream of mine: I’d love to see more dynamic cloth mechanics for our gear. Imagine scarves that blow in the wind or capes that aren’t as stiff as a board.

And glamour plates for houses. Maybe that is something they could build into the instanced resizeable apartments we are all fantasizing about.I’d love to see more side quests—or even a new type of quest—that explore the history and lore of each zone. Eorzea is rich in stories and the side quests in ARR were well done. I'd like more of that. We used to get bonus lore in the Hard mode dungeons - Nym, Mhach, War of the Magi for example, and they continued that with the Variant dungeons which were great. Maybe something that integrates Variant dungeon content with side quests in the zones. I also liked the flexible/soloable aspect so you can blast through it for glamour or coins or take your time and read all the messages/text/take screenshots etc.

Things I’d like to see:
- healer role actually having a reason to exist
- Bard becoming a real Bard and not a hideous archer hybrid monstrosity
- ‘Support’ jobs in general actually being allowed to support and not some shitty ‘I buff you every 120s then to go back to being a shit dps’
- Jobs having actual identities and not just being the exact same outside of some extremely vague, half-baked ‘flavour’
- More Summoner Egis
- Moogle Egi/Fairy Glamour
- Phantom Job system in normal content
- Make normal content actually deal damage to the party, it’s become completely ridiculous how weak relevant content is.
This is my list of demands Yoshi-P plz respond by 14/14/14 or I will organise a Moogle Strike the like of which you could only dream of! No more mail! We will be heard! Kupo
There are authorized mods? Today I learned! Most of your character creation ideas already exist as unauthorized mods. They are already in game you just can't see them because half the playerbase is on another plane of existence. Have you ever heard of the red night vision goggles from Vietnam that let soldiers see demons etc? Well....

What about console players? If it's possible then there's really no reason for it not to be an official QoL feature.
