Same. I agree with the majority of Kranel-san's post, but scale-less Au Ra are just slender Hyurs. We should be celebrating racial differences in a fantasy game, not streamlining them. There are several things that could be decoupled from Au Ra to allow for further customization, but removal of the feature entirely isn't it.

I also don't know about Jandelaine/the Aesthetician being able to modify a person from scratch save for a race change. It'd definitely have an impact on SE's market
That said, though. I do support Jandelaine being given more to change. Such as allowing him to put contact lenses on people's eyes to change their colour.

On housing, I don't know if the upgrade is possible due to how the system works. I feel like their response to this would be to point at relocation as an option. However, it'd be interesting to have current housing be expanded upon a little bit. Players have been wanting some features for a while, such as larger houses altogether (as in, keep the SML thing, but increase their size), increase the amount of furniture slots from the current 300 per plot, and the ability to change or remove the stairs and pillars.

And the DRK one is a very hot take xD One that I think was hot even back in Heavensward. I don't know if having a tank sacrifice HP to do stuff would be a good idea... healers, at least, would not have a good time. But I do agree on the HP Syphon mechanics WAR has being given to DRK instead. It just fits DRK, both in the traditional sense of the series, but also in how blood and aether are referred to in the quests. Abyssal Drain and Souleater were interesting back in the day, with WAR's Bloodbath skill as a transferrable skill making DRK have a much more grounded lifesteal identity than WAR itself did. But that's just me.
