Best Music in Game

Ooh, and I forgot: the dungeon theme! Back before there were any dungeons in the game (!) it drove me crazy not knowing where that theme would play. When it finally popped in when I did Toto-Rak for the first time - and then when it went crazy when I started fighting something - it was pretty incredible. I love the use of dynamic scoring in dungeons; I wish the normal field/battle tracks were at least motif reflections of each other.

I hear a tad of Thanalan's theme in it's levequest music. And behest is pretty awesome too, reminds me of older FF bosses ^^

Ditto on the Toto-Rak tune (normal and battle versions alike, haha) as well. Great stuff.

As for some of my favorites, it'd have to be early Gridania quest cutscenes first, then Limsa Lominsa, Thanalan, and wherever the music changes in La Noscea area. With the flute....yeah, that one.

Aww, I hope Uematsu does some more music as well....I didn't know he stopped on FFXIV?

IMO the best one is the original La Noscea theme (now only played at Iron Lake and Bald Knoll). IDK if it's due the beta only being there, but IMO that music has the soul of FFXIV in it.

From musics added by Yoshida team, i love the Twin Adder theme...it reminds me ALOT FFT serie music style.
