    I went looking through the gear lists and so far the closest match I could find to that is the variants of the Holy Rainbow Sarouel which is level 52 crafted/vendor gear, and which each Job role has it's own specific set of, but the design is consistant across all, and they're dyeable (this is the healing version as an example).

    I did consider that RDM's AF legs might also be similar, but turns out they're not alas.
