All my WHM Rework Ideas

I have made another thread about this a long time ago, I believe right after Endwalker's release, but since that hasn't seem to have gotten any traction, and me getting new ideas besides, I've decided to make a new post. the general basis as the title implies is all the ideas I've come up with to hopefully improve White Mage, all compiled into a single document linked below.

This mainly came about out of sheer spite at how ShB and Endwalker handles the healing classes, with WHM being the most obvious. the general idea is a semi-streamline of the overall level progression, adding in base versions of later skills to get new players in touch with what each skill does as it progresses, and a major expansion of the Lily Gauge, adding in a new side with extra abilities, more uses for the blood lily, and a final skill that can be used after enough use of the gauge.

I do have other documents for ideas involving SCH and AST written out, but they're incomplete in my opinion. I have seen a lot of various people all giving out their own ideas on how to improve the experience of playing Healer, and while this is mainly throwing my own hat into the mix, I would love to hear what people think of my ideas. Casuals, Comps, and everyone in between is welcome to share what they think, what can be improved, what would be too much, etc. all are welcome!

oh, thank you. like actually thank you I was worried the names were either too "to the point" or too verbose. that said, I am curious about what you think is wrong with what I've put in. I have read your comments on other parts of the forum and I think your opinion would help immensely.
