I agree this is the most reasonable course of action, but this guy seems to have some serious issues. I get being passionate about things you want for the game, but he takes his black and white crusade against third party tools to such extremist lengths I wonder how you even get there. He's strawmaning the arguments of everyone he speaks to, throw absolutely baseless accusations and insult for no reason at people he barely interacted with. He writes long self-destructive rants that are just sad to watch. Just why?

Listen to xeno talk about how cheating is just normal when you are playing to win. Listen to the way people are talking about cheating in this very thread. I want to play the game, I probably love FFXIV more than you and everyone else defending cheating in this game. You people "play to parse". If not for parsing, you'd be uninterested. Get a hobby. Again with the random strawman. When did I ever talk about how I play? I think the most I've ever said in this thread is that I think the numbers feedback provided by dps meters is at its most useful when you're learning. (and that being able to clear enrages doesn't mean you're not underperforming)
Maybe Midare was right and you truly think all Hrothgar players are the same person.
