I highly doubt you would clear any recent ultimate in a day and a half even with all tools available though (unless you're outright). While it's undoubtedly a huge benefit, people seriously overestimate how much callouts and could help you in Ultimates, or even just Savage.
It 100% matters and until you are banned square enix will continue to suffer losses and damages to their image.
