What's the point in me progging Ultimates for dozens of hours for a clear when I can just installl automarker, cactbot, and splatoon and clear in a day and a half?

Fun. Personal satisfaction. Does it matter if people cheated or bought their clears? If you feel the title you got mean something to you, this is all that matters. If you only want the title because of other people's perceptions, you're in the wrong mindset to even tackle this content in the first place.
I highly doubt you would clear any recent ultimate in a day and a half even with all tools available though (unless you're botting outright). While it's undoubtedly a huge benefit, people seriously overestimate how much callouts and such could help you in Ultimates, or even just Savage.
